Digital Delivery (Instant Access)
Upon successful payment processing, your digital product is delivered instantly. Here is how the delivery process works:
- Account Creation: If you are a new user, an account is automatically created for you during checkout.
- Dashboard Access: The purchased course is immediately unlocked and added to your personal Student Dashboard.
- Email Confirmation: You will receive an instant email confirmation containing your invoice, login credentials (if applicable), and a direct link to access your course materials.
Physical Certificates
While our standard course completion certificates are delivered digitally (PDF format) upon 100% course completion, we may occasionally offer the option to request a physical, framed certificate.
- If a physical certificate is requested and paid for, it will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
- Physical items are shipped via registered courier services within India only.
- Shipping costs for physical certificates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
